 These shim extension are a great option if you measured wrong or need to add a little more length    It is cheaper to get these then having to exchange and get a longer brick extension bracket   

These do widen and lengthen the bracket slightly becuase the shim acts like a shoe and the brick extension fits perfectly inside the guide rails of the shim
